摘要
以黄瓜种子为材料,用不同浓度(体积分数)薄荷纯露处理(0,1%,5%,10%,20%,25%)后,放于20℃恒温培养箱中培养,研究薄荷纯露对黄瓜种子发芽的影响.将各处理发芽种子播于基质中,待2片真叶时测定幼苗形态、生物量及其光合特性等.结果表明:与对照相比,10%的薄荷纯露能显著促进黄瓜种子发芽势;10%、20%、25%的薄荷纯露处理能显著提高黄瓜幼苗茎粗、SPAD值和氮含量;20%的薄荷纯露处理能显著促进黄瓜幼苗的净光合速率和蒸腾速率.综合来看,10%的薄荷纯露处理能显著促进黄瓜种子发芽势;20%的薄荷纯露处理能显著提高黄瓜幼苗茎粗、净光合速率和蒸腾速率.
In the paper,the effect of Mentha haplocalyx Briq.hydrosol concentrations(0,1%,5%,10%,20%,25%)on germination of Cucumis sativus L.seed,seedling morphology and biomass and its photosynthetic characteristic were studied.The results showed that Mentha haplocalyx Briq.hydrosol at 10%concentration can promote seed germination,while Mentha haplocalyx Briq.hydrosol at 10%,20%,25%concentrations can increase stem diameter,SPAD and nitrogen content of seedling significantly,and 10%concentrations can hence photosynthetic rate(Pn)and transpiration rate(Tr).Mentha haplocalyx Briq.hydrosol at 10%concentration can significantly promote germination potential of Cucumis sativus L.seed,Pn,Tr and stem diameter of seedlings could be improved by the treatment at 20%concentration of Mentha haplocalyx hydrosol.
