摘要
以“白果强丰”番茄为试验材料,在光照培养箱条件下,观察不同体积百分浓度的天竺葵纯露(0,0.5%,1%,5%,10%,20%)对番茄种子萌发和幼苗生长等指标的化感效应,并采用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用技术对天竺葵纯露的化学成分进行分析.结果表明:0.5%~5%的天竺葵纯露对番茄种子萌发具有促进作用,而20%则表现为显著抑制作用;通过GC-MS方法,从天竺葵纯露中鉴定出17种化合物,主要为萜类化合物,其相对含量达76.47%.综合不同浓度天竺葵纯露对番茄萌发与幼苗生长的影响,表明天竺葵纯露对番茄存在着“低促高抑”的化感作用,推测其主要化感物质可能为萜类化合物.
In order to clarify the allelopathy of geranium(Pelargonium hortorum)hydrosol on vegetables,a tomato variety of“Baiguo qiongfeng”was used as experimental materials,the allelopathy of different concentrations of geranium hydrosol on seed germination and seedling growth was observed at 0,0.5%,1%,5%,10%and 20%,and its chemical components were analyzed by GC-MS.The results showed that:low concentration(0.5%~5%)of geranium hydrosol promoted the germination of tomato seeds,while high concentration(20%)showed significant inhibition;for seedling biomass,the plant height and stem diameter firstly increased and then decreased with the increase of geranium hydrosol concentration;the contents of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,total chlorophyll and carotenoid in tomato leaves increased in low and medium concentration(0.5%~10%),but decreased in high concentration(20%);by GC-MS,17 compounds,which were mainly terpenes,were identified from geranium hydrosol;the relative content of terpenes compounds was 76.47%.As a result,the effects of geranium hydrosol on tomato showed that lower concentration hydrosol extracted from geranium accelerated the seed germination and seedling growth of tomato,whereas the higher concentration treatment inhibited the ones.The allelopathy effect may be induced by terpenoid compounds.
