摘要
如何治理与利用高潜水位采煤沉陷区水资源,一直是困扰区域生态文明构建与经济协调发展的1个重要难题。该研究以我国东部典型采煤沉陷区——淮南矿区为例,通过Biolog-ECO平板技术分析3个不同区域9个沉陷水体微生物的碳代谢多样性特征。结果表明,3个区域水体中异养菌数量、微生物代谢活性和香浓多样性指数均为潘集区>八公山区>凤台区。
How to manage and utilize water resources in coal mining subsidence areas with high phreatic level has al- ways been an important problem that plagues the coordinated development of regional ecological and economic civili- zation. As Huainan mining area was the typical coal mining subsidence area in eastern China, carbon metabolism di- versity of water microbes in nine subsidence areas in three different regions was investigated by Biolog-ECO plate technique. The number of heterotrophic bacteria, microbial metabolic activity and Shannon diversity index of the three regions were showed Panji 〉 Bagongshan 〉 Fengtai. This study aims to provide theoretical support for the ra- tional planning and utilization of water resources in typical subsidence areas.
