摘要
建立防晒化妆品中苯基苯并咪唑磺酸、二苯酮-4、对氨基苯甲酸、二苯酮-3、p-甲氧基肉桂酸异戊酯、4-甲基苄亚基樟脑、PABA乙基己酯、丁基甲氧基二苯酰基甲烷、奥克立林、甲氧基肉桂酸乙基己酯、水杨酸乙基己酯、胡莫柳酯、乙基己基三嗪酮、亚甲基双-苯并三唑基四甲基丁基酚、双-乙基己氧苯酚甲氧苯基三嗪15种防晒剂同时测定的反相高效液相色谱法。该方法检出限0.3~3 mg/L,各种防晒剂回收率在86.8%~109.2%之间,相对标准偏差均小于5%。
A reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography for the quantitative determination of 15 UV filters (Phenylbenzimidazole sullbnic acid, Benzophenone-4, 4-Aminobenzoic acid, Benzophenone-3, lsopentyl-4-Methoxycinnamate, 3-(4'-Methyl)benzylidene-bornan-2-one, Ethylhexyl dimelhyl PAt?,A, Butyl methoxydibenzolymethane, Octocrylene, Ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate, Ethylhexyl salicylate, Homosalate, Ethylhexyl triazone, Methylene bis-benzotriazolyl tetrainethylbutylphenol, Bis-ethylhexyloxyphenol methoxyphenyl triazine) in cosmetics was developed successfully. The detection limit of 15 UV filters ranged from 0.3 mg/L to 3mg/L, the recovery lies 86.8 %-109.2 % and the relative standard lies less than 5 %.
