摘要
目的:建立了16种常见防晒剂的拉曼标准图谱。方法:采用便携式拉曼光谱仪对二甲基PABA乙基己酯、P-甲氧基肉桂酸异戊酯、4-甲基苄亚基樟脑、阿伏苯宗、胡莫柳酯等16种常见的防晒剂标准品进行检测,并根据防晒剂的化学结构进行谱图分析和峰位置归属。结果:得到了16种常见防晒剂的拉曼标准图谱,并建立数据库。结论:拉曼光谱法检测防晒剂具有快速、无损、低成本等优势,可以应用于实验室、执法现场等,为化妆品产品监测提供研究方法。
Objective:To establish the Raman standard spectra of 16 common sunscreens.Methods:Sixteen common sunscreen standard substances,such as dimethyl PABA ethylhexyl ester,P-methoxycinnamic acid isoamyl ester,4-methylbenzylidene camphor,avobenzone,humorilate,were detected by portable Raman spectrometer,and the spectrogram analysis and peak location assignment were carried out according to the chemical structure of sunscreen.Results:The Raman standard spectra of 16 common sunscreens were obtained and a database was established.Conclusion:Raman spectroscopy has the advantages of fast,nondestructive and low cost,which can be used in laboratories and law enforcement sites to provide research methods for cosmetic product monitoring.
