摘要
目的建立化妆品中15种防晒剂的超高效液相色谱-二极管阵列检测器测定法。方法样品使用甲醇-四氢呋喃-水-高氯酸(体积比为250∶450∶300∶0.2)的混合溶液提取,采用Waters ACQUITY BEH C18色谱柱(100 mm×2.1 mm,1.7μm),0.1%甲酸甲醇-0.1%甲酸水溶液梯度洗脱,二极管阵列检测器检测。结果在2~50μg/ml的范围内,所得15种防晒剂的回归方程均呈良好的线性关系(r>0.999)。该方法的检出限为0.01~0.1μg/ml,平均回收率为91.2%~110.4%,RSD为0.6%~3.3%。结论该方法简便快捷,灵敏度高,准确度好,适用于化妆品中15种防晒剂的检测。
Objective To establish an ultra performance liquid chromatography method for determination of 15 kinds of UV filters in cosmetics.Methods The sample was extracted by the mixed liquor of methanol-tetrahydrofuran-water-perchloric acid(250∶450∶300∶0.2,V/V),then UV filters were separated by Waters ACQUITY BEH C18 column with methanol(containing0.1%formic acid)and water(containing 0.1%formic acid)as mobile phase for gradient elution,and detected by the photodiode array detector(PDA).Results In the range of 2-50μg/ml,15 kinds of UV filters showed good linearity(r>0.999).The average recovery rates were 91.2%-110.4%,the relative standard deviations were 0.6%-3.3%,the detection limits were 0.01-0.1μg/ml.Conclusion The UPLC method established in the present paper is applicable to determination of 15 kinds of UV filters in cosmetics for the advantages,such as simple operation,high sensitivity and accuracy.
