摘要
采用高效液相色谱-串联质谱仪(LC-MS/MS),在多反应监测(MRM)模式下,建立了同时测定化妆品中15种香豆素的快速检测方法。方法:样品经甲醇或四氢呋喃-甲醇(1:1)超声提取,过滤,CAPCELL CORE C18色谱柱(2.1 mm×100 mm,2.7μm),以乙腈(含0.2%甲酸)-0.2%甲酸为流动相,流速:0.3 mL/min;柱温:30℃;梯度洗脱,在多反应监测模式下进行定性定量分析。该方法平均回收率为83.0%~118.3%,相对标准偏差为0.9%~10.3%(n=6)方法检出限为0.05 mg/kg。在0.02~1.9 mg/L线性范围内,相关系数大于0.99。本方法专属性强,灵敏度高,适用于膏乳、水剂、粉状和精油类化妆品中的15种香豆素类化合物的检测分析。
A rapid method for the simultaneous determination of 15 coumarins in cosmetics was established by using LC-MS/MS with the multi reaction monitoring(MRM) mode.Methods:The sample was subjected to ultrasonic extraction with a mixture of tetrahydrofuran-methanol(1-1) or methanol,filtration,The chromatographic was performed using a CAPCELL CORE C18 column(2.1 mm× 100 mm,2.7 μm),with gradient elution and acetonitrile(containing 0.2 % formic acid)-0.2 % formic acid as mobile Phase,flow rate:0.3 mL/min;column temperature:30℃;qualitative and quantitative analysis in multiple reaction monitoring mode.The recoveries were 83.0 %~ 18.3 %,and the RSDs were 0.9 %~16.3 %(n=6);The method detection limits were 0.04 mg/kg.In the linear range of 0.02~1.9 mg/L,the correlation coefficient is greater than 0.99.This method has high sensitivity and specificity,and is suitable for the detection and analysis of 15 coumarins in creams,lotions,powdery sample and essential oil cosmetics.
