摘要
本文建立了双三元高效液相色谱仪在线二维测定化妆品中22种防晒剂的方法。样品经四氢呋喃超声提取后,采用双泵高效液相色谱仪的右泵作为第一维色谱泵对22种防晒剂进行分离,分离柱为Tech Mate C18(150mm×4.6mm×5μm),采用乙腈-异丙醇-0.05mol/L乙酸铵(体积分数0.05%甲酸)溶液梯度洗脱,DAD检测器检测。双泵高效液相色谱仪的左泵作为第二维色谱泵,以体积分数0.1%甲酸水溶液-体积分数0.1%甲酸甲醇溶液为流动相,岛津ODS-3 C18(150 mm×4.6 mm×5μm)为分离柱。方法中22种防晒剂回收率为88.02%~109.66%;相对标准偏差0.66%~3.84%。该方法快速、简便、自动化高,适用于膏霜乳剂、喷雾剂防晒剂中22种防晒剂的测定,对样品色谱图中光谱图与对照品不完全一致的峰或与杂质峰无法分离能进行有效的定性定量。
The method for online two-dimensional determination of 22 sunscreens in cosmetics by double ternary high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) was developed. The samples were ultrasonically extracted by tetrahydrofuran.Separation of 22 sunscreens using the right pump of a dual-pump HPLC as the first-dimension chromatographic pump. The separation column was Tech Mate C18(150 mm×4.6 mm×5 μm), and the gradient elution was performed with acetonitrileisopropanol-0.05 mol/L ammonium acetate(0.05% formic acid in volume fraction) and DAD detector. The left pump of the dualpump HPLC acts as the second-dimension chromatographic pump. The mobile phase was 0.1%(volume fraction) formic acid aqueous solution and 0.1%(volume fraction) formic acid methanol solution. Shimadzu ODS-3 C18(150 mm×4.6 mm×5 μm)was used as the separation column. The recoveries of 22 sunscreens were 88.02%-109.66%. The relative standard deviation is 0.66%-3.84%. The method is rapid, simple and highly automated. It is suitable for the determination of 22 kinds of sunscreen in cream emulsion and spray. The peaks in the sample chromatograms whose spectra are not completely consistent with those of the reference substance or cannot be separated from the impurity peaks can be effectively qualified and quantified.
