摘要 建立了化妆品中16种防晒剂的高效液相色谱-串联质谱测定方法。样品用四氢呋喃/甲醇/水体系提取,以水(含0.05%甲酸-甲醇)为流动相梯度洗脱,经色谱柱分离后,在多反应监测(MRM)模式下以保留时间和离子对(母离子和两个子离子)信息比较进行定性和定量分析。其中13种防晒剂在2~100μg/L17范围内,PBSA、PABA和HMS三种防晒剂在5~500μg/L范围内线性关系良好,16种防晒剂定量限(LOQ)范围为10~30 mg/kg。方法回收率为85.8%~105.8%,相对标准偏差(n=6)为1.8%~5.5%。此方法可用于化妆品中16种防晒剂的确证与定量测定。 A method for the determination of 16 sunscreens in cosmetics by high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry was established.The sample was extracted with tetrahydrofuran/methanol/water system and eluted with water(containing 0.05%formic acid-methanol)as a mobile phase gradient.After separation by chromatography,the retention time and ion pair were observed in multiple reaction monitoring(MRM)mode.Ion and two product ions)Information is compared for qualitative and quantitative analysis.Among them,13 kinds of sunscreens are in the range of 2~100μg·L^-17,and PBSA,PABA and HMS have a good linear relationship in the range of 5~500μg·L^-1,and 16 kinds of sunscreen limit of quantitation(LOQ)The range is 10 to 30 mg·kg^-1.The method recovery rate was 85.8%~105.8%,and the relative standard deviation(n=6)was 1.8%~5.5%.This method can be used for the confirmation and quantification of 16 sunscreens in cosmetics.
