注射用血栓通联合盐酸法舒地尔注射液对缺血性脑梗死患者血液流变学及神经功能的影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨注射用血栓通与盐酸法舒地尔注射液联合对缺血性脑梗死患者血液流变学及神经功能的影响。方法选择2015年2月~2016年3月我院收治的64例缺血性脑梗死患者,根据治疗方案不同分组,各32例。对照组给予注射用血栓通,研究组在对照组基础上加用盐酸法舒地尔注射液,两组均持续治疗14d。对比治疗前后两组血液流变学指标及神经功能(TESS)变化情况。结果治疗前两组全血高切黏度、红细胞聚集指数、血细胞比容、红细胞沉降率、TESS评分对比差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);经治疗,研究组全血高切黏度、红细胞聚集指数、血细胞比容、红细胞沉降率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);治疗后,研究组TESS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论联合采用盐酸法舒地尔注射液与注射用血栓通治疗缺血性脑梗死患者效果显著,可有效改善其神经功能及血液流变学相关指标,值得推广。 Objective To explore the influence of Xueshuantong injection combined with fasudil hydrochloride injection on Hemorheology and neurological function in patients with ischemic cerebral infarction. Methods 64 cases of patients with ischemic cerebral infarction admitted in our hospital from February 2015 to March 2016 were divided into different groups according to the treatment plan. The control group was treated with Xueshuantong injection, and the study group was on the basis of the control group, in addition to Fasudil Hydrochloride Injection. The two groups were treated for 14 days. The changes of hemorheology indexes and neurological function(TESS) of the two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results Before treatment, whole blood viscosity, erythrocyte aggregation index, hematocrit, erythrocyte sedimentation rate and TESS score of the two groups were not statistically significant (P 〉 0.05). After treatment, whole blood viscosity, erythrocyte aggregation index, hematocrit, erythrocyte sedimentation rate of study group were lower than those of control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P 〈 0.05). After treatment, the TESS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P 〈0.05). Conclusion The effect of Fasudil Hydrochloride Injection and Xueshuantong injection treatment in patients with ischemic cerebral infarction is significant. It can effectively improve the nerve function and blood rheology indexes, and it is worthy of promotion.
