摘要
目的 探讨提高血培养阳性率的途径和方法。方法 使用BACTEC 90 50全自动血培养仪 ,对 1147份血培养标本进行需氧培养 ,分析阳性率、检出菌的种类、阳性检出时间、假阳性和假阴性。结果 1147份血培养标本 ,有 148份阳性 ,共分离出细菌 133株 ,真菌 17株 ,阳性率为 12 .9% ,假阳性率为 0 .3% ;2 4h内阳性占 6 0 .2 % ,4 8h阳性占 85.2 % ,72h为 96 .3% ;阴性报告为 5d。结论 使用BACTEC 90 50全自动血培养仪可提高血培养阳性率 ,缩短检测时间 ,具有操作简便、自动化。
Objective To study means for raising the positive detection rate in blood culture.Methods A total of 1?147 blood sample were aerobicaly cultured by BACTEC-9050 automated blood culture system.The positive rate,false positive rate, false negative rate,time to positivity and strains of bacteria detected were evaluated,respectively.Results In a total of 1?147 blood cultures,148 cases were positive,133 strains of bacteria and 17 strains of fungi were isolated.The positive rate was 12.9%, false positive rate was 0.3%.The cumulative positive rates were 60.2% within 24 hours,85.2% within 48 hours, 96.3% within 72 hours.The negative reports were 5 days.Conclusion The BACTEC-9050 instrument applied to clinical laboratory may raise the positive rate of blood culture, with the advantages of low contamination,full automation,and rapid detection speed.
