摘要
目的探究临床护理带教中目标教学法的应用效果。方法 2015年1—12月对本院护理实习生采取目标教学法(实验组),并执行一对一的带教模式,2014年1—12月对本院护理实习生实施随机教学法(对照组),对比实施目标教学法和随机教学法的考试成绩、护理实习生对带教老师的满意度。结果实施目标教学法后,实习生的考试成绩明显提高,与随机教学法相比差异显著(P<0.05);实施目标教学法后,对带教老师的满意度为97.56%,明显高于随机教学法(P<0.05)。结论实施目标教学法带教模式后改变了以往教学的随意性,进一步提高了护生的护理实习质量,为临床护理教学提供了新的思路。
Objective To explore the clinical nursing teaching in the teaching application value.Methods In January 2015-December 2015,we applied target teaching method on nursing interns(experimental group),and performed the one-to-one teaching mode,in January 2014-December 2014,ourhospital implemented the random teaching method(control group),compared with the results of the target teaching method and the random teaching method,the satisfaction of the nursing interns to the teachers.Results After the implementation of the target teaching method,the test scores of the students were significantly improved,compared with the random teaching method,the difference was significant,P〈0.05; After the implementation of the target teaching method,the satisfaction degree of the teachers was 97.56%,which was significantlyhigher than that of the random teaching method,P〈0.05.Conclusions The implementation of the target-teaching-method modehas changed the randomness of the previous teaching,further improved the quality of nursing practice nursing students,and provided a new idea for clinical nursing teaching.
