摘要
以应用型人才培养为导向科学合理地设计评估指标体系,实现教学评估常态化,对地方高校全面提高教育教学水平和应用型人才培养质量具有重要的现实意义。广东海洋大学在教育教学实践中构建了以应用型人才培养为导向的多层次教学评估体系,包括院(部)教学工作状态评估、专业评估、课程评估、教学环节评估和状态数据常态监测,对院系、专业、课程、教学环节进行全面、系统、深入的常态化评估,为地方高校自我评估制度的建立、教学质量监控体系的完善及教育教学水平的提高提供示范和参考。
A scientific and reasonable design evaluation index system based on the cultivation of applied talents and the normalization of teaching evaluation have very important realistic significance for local undergraduate colleges and universities to fully improve the educational teaching levels and the quality of applied talents training. Through educational teaching practices,Guangdong Ocean University constructed a multi-layered teaching evaluation system based on applied talents training, including department teaching work status evaluation, major evaluation, course evaluation, teaching procedure evaluation and normalized monitoring of status data. A full, systematic and in-depth normalized evaluation is being done for departments, majors, courses and teaching procedures, which will play as a demonstration and reference for local colleges and universities to establish self-evaluation system, improve teaching quality monitoring system and enhance educational teaching levels.
