摘要
对某临氢设备316L耐蚀堆焊层合金元素Cr,Ni,Mo的设计含量进行了分析通过焊材标准和钢材标准的对比分析及焊接过程中的焊接性、稀释率、元素烧损等因素的考虑,分析了316L耐蚀堆焊层合金元素含量的合理范围,并提出了建议。为临氢设备用堆焊材料的设计和选材提供了依据。
Alloy element Cr, Ni, Mo design content of 316L corrosion resistant overlay welding of some hy- drogen-contacting equipment is discussed. By contrasting with weld consumables standard and steel stand- ard as well as analyzing factors of welding process, dilution, element loss and etc. during welding, the de- sired alloy element content of 316L corrosion resistant overlay welding is concluded. And some suggestions are proposed which provide reference of design and material selection for hydrogen-contacting equipment overlay welding materials.
