摘要
介绍3种内壁自动堆焊机实现加氢反应器90°弯管部件的焊接制造,通过模拟部件的试验过程及结果总结了工艺过程中的控制难点及注意事项。与以往90°弯管部件的焊接制造工艺相比,该工艺相对简单且质量得到了保证。
This paper mainly introduces the welding manufacture of 90° elbow components in hydrogenation reactor through three internal automatic surfacing equipment, and the critical points and considerations in the technological process are summarized through the test procedure and results of the simulation components. Compared with the conventional welding manufacturing process, this technology is relatively simple and the quality.
