摘要
研制了一种柔性条带状堆焊材料,用于细管件内壁等部位的堆焊。研究中采用有机硅胶等多种粘合剂材料,与Ni60及WC粉末等硬质材料混合,成形并干燥处理后制备出堆焊条带,分析了不同粘合剂对条带成形性能的影响。采用TIG焊方法进行了施焊,并对堆焊组织进行了金相分析和硬度测定。通过对条带成形性能及工艺性能比较,确定了其材料组成及制备工艺。
A flexible tape used for hardfacing was prepared,it is suitable for the location where the overlaying welding is difficult,for example, the inside of a thin pipe.Several kinds of binding agents such as the organic silicon adhesive were selected and mixed with Ni60 and WC alloy powder.The mixture was shaped to thin tape,then dried.These alloy tapes were melted by TIG arc,and the composition and hardness of the deposited layer were tested.By comparing their mold ability and technological properties,the materials composition and preparation process of the alloy tape were determined.
