摘要
为适应公司未来核电阀门制造的需要,文章通过工艺评定试验和模拟产品试验对核电汽轮机阀门密封面自动GTAW堆焊工艺进行了研究。结果表明:堆焊质量符合相关标准要求,所用的自动堆焊设备可以适应公司产品结构。自动GTAW堆焊工艺方案可行。
In order to meet the needs of the company's future manufacturing of nuclear turbine valves,the automatic GTAW surfacing process for the sealing surface of nuclear turbine valves is studied through process evaluation test and simulated product test.The results show that the surfacing quality meets the requirements of relevant standards,and the used automatic surfacing equipment can adapt to the company's product structure.The automatic GTAW surfacing process is feasible.
