摘要
采用国产75mm×0.4mm钢带及焊剂进行单层带极电渣堆焊焊接工艺评定,并依据焊接工艺评定完成加氢精制反应器内壁堆焊工作,焊接工艺评定及产品通过了验收,产品达到出厂条件,该项目推动了国产单层带极电渣堆焊焊材在加氢等临氢压力容器中的应用。
The domestic 75 mm×0.4 mm steel strip and flux were used for welding procedure qualification of monolayer strip electroslag surfacing,and the surfacing on the inner wall of hydrofining reactor was completed according to the welding procedure qualification.The welding procedure qualification and product passed the acceptance of expert group.The product reached the delivery conditions.This project promoted the application of domestic monolayer strip electroslag surfacing materials in hydrogenating pressure vessels in hydrogen service environment.
