摘要
本文对电解充氢法用于不锈钢堆焊层氢致剥离研究的试验依据、原理和试验装置作了详尽的叙述,从试验和理论计算两方面与传统方法进行了比较.结果证实,电解充氢可以迅速地在熔合线附近建立与高压釜充氢数值相近的氢浓度峰值,可以有效地获得与高压釜充氢相同的氢致剥离裂纹,而且更为方便、经济.
The basis,theory and equipment of the electrolytic hydrogen charging test are discussed in detail.Comparison between the computed and the testing results under electrolytic hydrogen charging and autoclave hydrogen charging was carried out.The results show that under electrolytic hydrogen charging,the peak hydrogen concentration near the fusion line is close to that under autoclave hydrogen charging,and the hydrogen-induced disbonding cracks are the same as those under autoclave hydrogen charging.These results comfirm that electrolytic hydrogen charging is a cheaper and more convenient method than others.
