摘要
地方本科高校应用转型的关键在于实现教师的转型发展。应用型大学教育的高等性、应用性及教育性特征决定了教师的发展要转向理论与实践并重,走双重领域(教育及所教学专业)知识能力结构的复合、平衡、可持续的全面发展之路。面对当前地方转型高校教师发展的职前培育缺位、职后发展不适等问题,应在职前培育体系、职后的发展意识与大学文化、发展内容、发展方式、发展评价及教师发展平台与组织等方面建立与应用大学教师转型发展相适应的发展政策与机制。
The transition development of teachers is vital to the application- oriented transition of the local undergraduate universities. The special attribute of application- oriented university puts forward special requirements on teachers' knowledge and ability. In view of the teacher development problems in the pre-service and the post-service education phase, we should foster the development of teachers' pre-service education system, enhance thepractice-oriented awareness of teacher development and university culture, realize the comprehensive development of teachers' knowledge and ability, enhance the pertinence and effectiveness of development model, develop appropriate evaluation system, build "government-industry-university-research-user" cooperation platform for teacher development and improve the function of teacher development center.
