摘要
基于新制度主义中分析组织趋同的合法性机制框架,运用内容分析法,对山西省12所新建本科院校的发展进行了研究。结果表明:在合法性机制的驱动下,处于组织环境中的新建本科院校遵守政策制度规定,模仿和学习那些公认的理念和实践。这使其在快速获得合法性的同时也走上了趋同发展的道路。虽然对于新建本科院校而言,趋同现象有其存在的必然性,然而长期过度的趋同,不仅会给新建本科院校的自身发展带来危害,也将影响整个高等教育的组织生态群,进而影响整个社会的人才结构。
This study takes 12 newly-established colleges in Shanxi Province as example to examine the isomorphous development of newly-established colleges with the content analysis based on the framework of organizational isomorphism and legitimacy mechanism of new institutionalism. The results show that driven by legitimacy mechanism, newly-established colleges could obtain legitimacy though abiding by policies, and imitating and learning acknowledged ideas and practices. Therefore, the phenomenon of organizational isomorphism is inevitable for newly-established colleges. However, excessive isomorphism will not only lead to damages for newly-established colleges, but also impact the whole organizational ecology of higher education.
