摘要
高等教育大众化背景下,高等职业教育迅速发展壮大,然而高职毕业生的职业能力和岗位适应性却不尽人意。高职院校虽然重视教育教学改革,投入较多精力进行探索与实践,但人才培养质量的提高是一个发展的、动态的过程,随着生产力的不断发展,生源结构的不断变化,人才培养工作仍面临严峻的考验。结合民办高校的优势与不足,阐述民办高职院校提高人才培养质量的对策及建议,期望为同类高校的人才培养工作提供参考。
Against the background of higher education popularization, the higher vocational education has developed rapidly, but the vocational ability and job adaptability of the higher vocational college graduates are not satisfactory. Although higher vocational col- leges lay emphasis on the reform of education and teaching, investing more energy to explore and practice, the improvement of talent training quality is a developing, and dynamic process. With the continuous development of productive force, and the constant changes in the structure of students, talent cultivation is still faced with a severe test. Combined with the advantages and disadvantages of pri- vate colleges and universities, this paper expounds the countermeasures and suggestions of improving the quality of talent training in private vocational colleges in order to provide reference for the talent training in similar colleges and universities.
