摘要
随着我国经济的快速发展和社会的深刻变革,高等教育已步入大众化阶段,与此相伴的是大学毕业生就业形势也发生了重大变化,毕业生数量的急剧增加带来就业市场的供求矛盾,就业形势日趋严峻。本文对高等教育大众化给大学生就业带来的问题进行分析,进而提出解决大学生就业问题的对策。
