摘要
阶层是基于相近社会地位、职业和收入而形成的社会群体的统称。阶层内部之间、阶层与不同阶层之间的人员的单向流动或双向流动处于一个畅通和健康合理的状态,是一个健康发展的、具有活力的、充满朝气的社会的标志,也是构建社会主义和谐社会的客观要求。1999年我国高等院校扩大招生规模之后,高等教育大众化进程加快,我国阶层对流也出现了一些新的态势和问题。文章使用文献研究和系统统筹的研究方法,对高等教育大众化背景下的阶层对流的现状和出现的问题进行研究,进而提出有效建议和措施。
Class is the joint name of social groups which is formed on the basis of close social status,occupation and income.The one-way flow or two-way flow in internal class or between classes remains in a smooth,healthy and reasonable state,which is the symbol of a healthily-developed,energetic,and dynamic society,as well as the objective requirement of socialist harmonious society's construction.That colleges implemented the expansion of enrolment in 1999 led to a speedup in the progress of higher education popularization.Some new situations and problems appeared in our country's class convection.By means of literature researches and taking the system as a whole,this article has studied current situation and problems of class convection under higher education popularization,and then put forward effective suggestions and measures.
