摘要
目的促进餐具、饮具集中消毒服务单位监管制度的完善。方法分析我国当前餐具、饮具集中消毒服务单位监督现状及监管制度实施情况,探讨存在的问题与解决方法。结果我国餐具、饮具集中消毒服务单位监管制度日趋完善,但也存在诸多问题。结论我国餐具、饮具集中消毒服务单位监管存在的问题需要认真研究解决,以更好地开展餐具、饮具消毒服务监管工作。
Objective Improve the perfection of system to supervise the Tableware centralized disinfection service Unit.Method Analysis the present situation of supervision to the unit who servises tableware with centralized disinfection, and implementation of supervision system.Explore the existing problems and resolvent.Results The supervision system of the unit who servises tableware with centralized disinfection in our country has continually being improved,but there are a lot of problems,Conclusion Solving those problems require studying carefully, better to carry out the supervision of unit who servises tableware with centralized disinfection
