摘要
河北省地方标准《餐饮具集中清洗消毒服务单位卫生规范》(DB13/T 2761-2018)于2018年8月16日实施。该标准由河北省石家庄市卫生监督局牵头制定,是我国首个针对餐饮具集中清洗消毒制定的卫生安全标准,主要适用于餐饮具集中清洗消毒服务单位。本文主要介绍了标准制定的背景、编写原则和作法、标准主要内容和特点等。
The local standard of Hebei province DB13/T 2761-2018,Hygienic standard for centralized cleaning and disinfection service units of tableware,was implemented on August 16,2018.The standard,led by Shijiazhuang Health Supervision Bureau of Hebei Province,is the first health and safety standard for centralized cleaning and disinfection of tableware in China,which is mainly applicable to centralized cleaning and disinfection service units of tableware.This paper mainly introduces the background,compiling principles and methods,main contents and characteristics of standards.
