摘要
目的:探讨孟鲁司特治疗过敏性紫癜患儿的疗效及对外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的影响。方法:选取2015年2月—2016年3月开封市儿童医院收治的过敏性紫癜患儿268例。按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各134例。对照组患儿给予常规治疗,观察组患儿在对照组的基础上给予孟鲁司特治疗。在治疗前后采集患儿血样,采用碱性磷酸酶法测定外周血T淋巴细胞亚群指标。观察2组患儿不良反应发生情况,比较2组患儿肝、肾功能变化情况。结果:观察组患儿的总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组患儿CD4^+、CD8^+与CD4^+/CD8^+指标的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患儿CD4^+、CD8^+与CD4^+/CD8^+指标明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组患儿不良反应发生率的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:孟鲁司特治疗过敏性紫癜患儿的疗效较好,能显著改善患儿临床体征,安全性高。
OBJECTIVE： To probe into the efficacy of montelukast in treatment of children with allergic purpura and effects on T lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood. METHODS： 268 children with allergic purpura admitted into Kaifeng Children＇s Hospital from Feb. 2015 to Mar. 2016 were selected to be divided into observation group and control group via the random number table,with 134 cases in each. The control group were given conventional treatment,while the observation group were additionally treated with montelukast based on the control group. Blood samples were collected before and after treatment, method of alkaline phosphatase was adopted to determinate peripheral blood T cell subsets indicators. Adverse drug reactions of two groups were observed,changes of liver and renal functions of two groups were compared. RESULTS： The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group,with statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. Before treatment,there was no statistical significance between two groups in CD4^＋,CD8^＋and CD4^＋/ CD8^＋（ P〉0. 05）. After treatment,indicators of CD4^＋,CD8^＋and CD4^＋/ CD8^＋in observation group were significantly higher than that of control group,with statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. There was no statistical significance between two groups in the incidence of adverse drug reactions（ P〉0. 05）. CONCLUSIONS： The efficacy of montelukast in treatment of children with allergic purpura is remarkable,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms in children with high safety.
