摘要
目的:观察在儿科哮喘治疗中应用孟鲁司特钠联合卡介菌多糖核酸的临床效果。方法:选取本院收治的100例哮喘患儿作为研究对象,将患儿随机分为单一组和联合组,每组50例。单一组应用常规孟鲁司特钠进行治疗,联合组在单一组临床治疗基础上,联合应用卡介菌多糖核酸进行治疗。对比两组治疗后每周日间和夜间哮喘症状以及临床治疗效果。结果:联合组每周日间哮喘症状评分及夜间哮喘症状评分均明显优于单一组,联合组临床治疗效果明显优于单一组,组间比较,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论:为哮喘患儿应用孟鲁司特钠结合卡介菌多糖核酸进行治疗,临床效果显著,能够有效改善患儿的哮喘症状,是一种有效的临床治疗方法。
Objective：To observe the montelukast joint BCG clinical effect of nucleic acid in the treatment of pediatric asthma. Methods：100 patients admitted to our hospital with asthma in children as research subjects,the children were randomly divided into a single group and the combination group,50 patients in each group. As a single group of children with conventional montelukast treatment,joint group of children in a single group of children on the basis of clinical treatment,the combination of BCG nucleic acid treatment.After a week daytime and nighttime asthma symptoms and clinical effect of contrast two groups of children. Results：The group of children weekly daytime and nighttime asthma symptom scores of asthma symptom scores were significantly better than a single group of children,and the combined group of children with clinical treatment is better than a single group,between the two groups,P0.05,a significant difference statistically significant. Conclusion：children with asthma montelukast sodium nucleic acid binding BCG treatment,significant clinical effect,and can effectively improve asthma symptoms in children is an effective clinical treatment.
