土壤水分与光合有效辐射对2种小檗生理指标的影响 被引量:5

摘要 采用人工控制土壤水分的方法,以2年生匙叶小檗和鲜黄小檗为研究材料,利用红蓝光源模拟光照设置12个光合有效辐射梯度,测定不同土壤水分与光合有效辐射条件下2种小檗的光合生理因子的变化情况。结果表明,光合有效辐射在1 000~1 500μmol/(m^2·s)范围内,2种小檗的净光合速率、蒸腾速率和水分利用效率均达到最高水平。土壤水分含量在18%左右时,2种小檗的光合作用和蒸腾作用较其他处理强;水分利用效率则在土壤水分含量为15%左右达到最大。鲜黄小檗具有耐强光照、适应干旱的能力,可作为高海拔寒旱区造林树种;匙叶小檗利用水分的能力强,因其具备速生特点,可作为生态造林和园林绿化树种大规模培育。 by using artificial water content controlled soil, and setting up 12 photosynthetic active radiation gradi- ents, the effect of soil moisture and photosynthetic active radiation on photosynthetic index of 2 Berberis species were studied. The results showed that the net photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate and water use efficiency of 2 Berberis were achieved the highest level when the photosynthetic active radiation was 1 000 -1 500μmoL/ (m2 . s), the photosynthesis and transpiration of these 2 Berberis were stronger than other treatments when soil water content was at 18%, the water use efficiency reached the maximum when the soil water content was at 15%. This study indicates that Berberis diaphana Maxim. have the ability to adapt to drought soil and strong light, and it can be used as desertification control tree species in alpine area, while Berberis vernae Schneid. have the ability to capture water and it grow fast, therefore it can be used as garden greening tree species.
