干旱沙区4种植物的光合日变化及其影响因子 被引量:4

摘要 【目的】研究沙地桑、罗布麻、沙木蓼和沙枣4种沙生植物光合生理指标的日变化规律及其影响因素,为干旱沙区防沙治沙植物材料的筛选提供依据。【方法】在新疆西北部精河县选择沙地桑、罗布麻、沙木蓼和沙枣的1年生幼苗为研究对象,利用CIRASⅡ光合测定仪,于10:00-20:00每隔2h测定1次光合生理指标和环境因子,分析植物的净光合速率(Pn)与其他光合生理指标及环境因子的关系。【结果】沙地桑和沙枣Pn日变化呈双峰曲线,沙木蓼和罗布麻呈单峰曲线,沙地桑和罗布麻Pn日最大值出现在12:00,分别为(26.23±2.46)和(17.37±2.44)μmol/(m2·s),沙木蓼和沙枣出现在10:00,分别为(31.07±1.97)和(23.17±1.07)μmol/(m2·s)。Pn与气孔导度(Gs)、瞬间光能利用效率(LUE)的相关性最大,呈极显著相关(P<0.01),与蒸腾速率(Tr)相关性次之;大气温度(Ta)、叶片温度(TL)、水汽压亏缺值(VPD)等生态因子对4种植物Pn的影响较大。【结论】4种植物对高温和高光强沙生环境的适应能力依次为沙木蓼>沙枣>沙地桑>罗布麻。 【Objective】This study investigated the photosynthetic parameters and related influencing factors of four sandy plants(Morus alba L.,Apocynum venetum L.,Atraphaxis bracteata A.LOS.,and Elaeagnus angustifolia Linn.)to improve the screen of anti-desertification plants for arid desert region.【Method】One year old seedlings of Morus alba L.,Apocynum venetum L.,Atraphaxis bracteata A.LOS.and Elaeagnus angustifolia Linn.in Northwest Xinjiang was selected and their photosynthetic indexes and environmental factors were measured using CIRAS Ⅱ photosynthetic apparatus every two hours from10:00am to 20:00pm.Then the relationship between net photosynthetic rates(Pn)and photosynthetic parameters and related influencing factors was analyzed.【Result】The net photosynthesis rates(Pn)of Morus alba L.and Elaeagnus angustifolia Linn.changed with a bimodal curve,and those of Apocynum venetum L.and Atraphaxis bracteata A.LOS.changed with a single peak curve.The highest Pnvalues of Morus alba L.and Apocynum venetum L.happened at 12:00pm with the values of(26.23±2.46)and(17.37±2.44)μmol/(m2·s),respectively.The highest Pn values of Atraphaxis bracteata A.LOS.and Elaeagnus angustifolia Linn.happened at 10:00am,with the values of(31.07±1.97)and(23.17±1.07)μmol/(m2·s),respectively.Pn had highly significant correlation with Gs and LUE(P<0.01),followedby Tr.Environmental factors including air temperature(Ta),leaf temperature(TL),and vapor pressure deficit(VPD)had strong influences on Pn.【Conclusion】The adaptabilities to high temperature and high light intensity of the tested four plants were in a decreasing order of Atraphaxis bracteata A.LOS.>Elaeagnus angustifolia Linn.>Morus alba L.>Apocynum venetum L..
