摘要
为探究不同滴灌定额下6年生枣树的光合响应特征,采用田间小区试验对比方法,在阿克苏地区红旗坡农场研究不同灌水定额22.5、30.0、37.5、45.0、52.5 mm对枣树叶片光合响应特征的影响。结果表明,6年生枣树的灌水定额为30.0 mm时净光合速率最大,水分利用效率的增长速率达到最大值,水分利用效率均值也较高。光合有效辐射强度是影响枣树生理特征的主要因素;土壤含水量与细胞间隙CO2浓度和叶片水分利用效率呈负相关,与光合有效辐射强度、蒸腾速率、气孔导度、水蒸汽压亏缺呈正相关。
In order to study the photosynthetic response characteristics of 6-year-old Zizyphus jujuba under different drip irrigation quota,the effects of different irrigation quota 22.5,30.0,37.5,52.5 and 52.5 mm on the photosynthetic response characteristics of Hongqipo Farm in Aksu area were studied by field plot experiment.The results showed that when the irrigation quota of 6-year-old Zizyphus jujuba was 30.0 mm,the net photosynthetic rate was the highest,the growth rate of water use efficiency reached the maximum,and the mean water use efficiency was also higher.Photosynthetic effective radiation intensity was the main factor affecting the physiological characteristics of Zizyphus jujuba,and soil water content was negatively correlated with cell gap CO2 concentration and leaf water use efficiency,and positively correlated with the photosynthetic effective radiation intensity,transpiration rate,stomatal conductance and water vapor pressure deficit.
