摘要
为解决不规则工作面的开采难题,以4001工作面为研究对象,运用理论计算、UDEC模拟及工作面的矿压监测等分析了顶板的初次断裂步距特征及矿压显现规律。研究表明:工作面老顶自上而下逐次垮落,因此应当加强工作面上部端头的支护,并且采用大功率综采设备推进速度快,来压范围和时间明显减小,呈现整体来压特征。
To solve the difficulties in mining in the irregular working face of thick coal seam, selects 4001 working face as the research object. With the theory,UDEC simulation and monitoring mine pressure in the working face, analyses initial fracturing length of main roof and behavior law of mine pressure. Research shows that, the roof in the working face collapses from top to bottom gradually, it is necessary to reinforce the supports on the top of the upper part of the working face. With high power fully mechanized coal mining equipment, power forward speed is than before, pressure range and time are significantly reduced, showing the overall pressure characteristics.
