摘要
为研究工作面回采过空巷时矿压显现规律,以山西某矿北翼采区1303工作面工程地质条件为背景,通过理论分析和数值模拟相结合的方法,对1303工作面回采过空巷进行了研究。结果表明:理论计算得到当超前煤柱体宽度L值大于49.8 m时,工作面与空巷之间没影响,当煤柱体宽度L值小于9.4 m时,超前煤柱体处于完全屈服状态;数值模拟得到当煤柱宽度L值为50 m时,超前煤柱体内开始出现应力叠加,当煤柱宽度L值为10 m时,超前煤柱体内应力集中程度最高。为保证安全回采,取超前煤柱体宽度为15 m时即采取解危防护措施实现工作面安全高效通过空巷。
In order to study the law of the mining pressure behavior when the working face was mined through the unsupported roadway,based on the engineering geological conditions of the working face 1303 in the north wing mining area of a coal mine in Shanxi,the method of combining theoretical analysis and numerical simulation was used to mine the working face 1303.The unsupported roadway was studied.The theoretical calculations show that when the leading coal pillar width L is greater than 49.8 m,there is no effect between the working face and the unsupported roadway.When the coal pillar width L is less than 9.4 m,the leading coal pillar is in full yield state.Numerical simulations show that when the coal pillar width L is 50 m,the stress stacking begins to occur in the leading coal pillar.When the coal pillar width L is 10 m,the stress concentration in the leading coal pillar is the highest.In order to ensure safe mining,as the width of the leading coal pillar reaching 15 m,measures for removing dangers should be taken immediately.
