摘要 针对长平矿大采高工作面巷道留设合理煤柱宽度问题,通过煤柱稳定性理论计算、应力实测、有效支撑面积分析,对大采高综采工作面巷道煤柱尺寸进行了合理优化。采用煤柱稳定性理论计算得出护巷煤柱宽度为64m,实践结果表明留设煤柱尺寸较保守。经综合分析认为留设煤柱宽度约为50m时,既能保证巷道回采的稳定性,又可减少煤柱资源浪费。 Aiming at the problem of setting rational-width coal pillar in large-height mining face in Changping Mine, through the theoretical calculation on stability of coal pillar, stress measurement, effective support area analysis, a rational optimization on size of coal pillar in road-way of fully mechanized mining face with large height is conducted. Calculation of the coal pillar width is 64M from the coal pillar stability theory, and the practice results show that the size is conservative. The comprehensive analysis shows that the coal pillar width is about 50M, which not only can guarantee the stability of gateway, but reduce the waste of the coal pillar resource.
