摘要
目的揭示职业决策自我效能和诱发情绪对职业决策过程的共同作用机制。方法以88名大学生为被试,通过职业决策信息板任务探讨了诱发情绪与职业决策自我效能对个体职业决策信息加工过程的影响。结果 (1)在平均决策时间上,职业决策自我效能的主效应显著;(2)在探索深度上,职业决策自我效能的主效应显著,职业决策自我效能与诱发情绪的交互作用显著;(3)在职业决策信息搜索模式和职业决策满意度上,职业决策自我效能和诱发情绪的主效应与交互作用均不显著。结论职业决策自我效能会延长平均决策时间,加深探索深度,且积极诱发情绪会加深低职业决策自我效能个体探索深度。
Objective To reveal the effect of career decision - making self- efficacy and emotional on individual "career decision - making information processing. Methods To reveal the effect of career decision - making self - efficacy and induced emotion on individuals'career decision -making information processing with 88 college students as subjects, through information board experiments. Results ( 1 ) On average decision time, the main effect of ca- reer decision - making self - efficacy is significant ; (2) On the depth of exploring, the main effect of career decision - making self - efficacy is significant and the interaction of emotions and career decision - making self - efficacy is sig- nificant ; ( 3 ) On the search mode and satisfaction, the main effects of emotions and career decision - making self - effi- cacy are not significant, and the interaction of emotions and career decision - making self - efficacy are not signifi- cant. Conclusion Career decision - making self - efficacy will extend the average decision time and explore more deeply, and positive emotions will help individuals with low individual career decision - making self - efficacy explore more deeply.
