摘要
初步建立了以消费者对政府监管能力、企业风险防控能力和食品安全信息3个维度信任水平为骨架的我国消费者食品安全信任综合评价指标体系,并开展实证研究。运用结构方程模型与层次分析集成方法对该体系进行量值归一、权重计算和累加,最终得到反映我国食品安全信任整体状况的消费者食品安全信任指数。以期为科学地测量消费者食品安全信任程度,监测我国食品安全环境和食品安全管理效果提供理论依据及数据支撑。
The comprehensive evaluation index system of consumer food safety trust was established, which was composed of three primary elements including consumer confidence in the government regulation ability, the enterprise risk prevention and control and food safety information. The research also introduced the concept of Food Safety Index, which could be calculated by SEM and AHP method. Hope to provide theoretical basis and data support to measure consumer food safety trust, and monitor the food safety environmental and the efficacy of food safety management.
