摘要
目的了解吉林省预防接种门诊规范化建设后预防接种人员的工作满意度现况。方法用自行设计的调查问卷,采取整群抽样方法,从全省按规范化标准建设的919家接种门诊中抽取84家门诊的工作人员,调查其工作满意度。结果 417名调查对象对预防接种门诊规范化建设后工作环境、办公面积、功能区合理划分满意分别占99.04%、87.29%、86.33%,认为家长对接种环境满意占97.36%。在188名城市社区和229名乡镇卫生院调查对象中,对工作环境满意分别占98.94%和99.13%,对服务频次满意分别占99.47%和98.25%;对工作成就感、工作能力发挥、社会认可程度、被上级重视程度满意的比例均>90%。所有调查对象对预防接种工作实施信息化、信息化工作人员操作熟练程度、信息化给工作带来方便的满意比例分别为98.56%、93.53%、99.28%;对薪酬待遇满意的比例为49.88%。结论吉林省预防接种门诊规范化建设后预防接种人员的工作满意度普遍提高,消除了城乡之间的差异;应重视预防接种人员工作需求,以保证工作积极性和预防接种服务质量。
Objective To determine the degree of job satisfaction among vaccinators after the construction of standardized immunization clinics in Jilin. Methods Cluster sampling was used to select vaccinators from 84 clinics of 919 standardized immunization clinics in Jilin,and a specifically-designed questionnaire was used to evaluate job satisfaction. Results From a total of 417 subjects,vaccinators who were satisfied with their work environment,office areas and functional divisions after the construction of standardized immunization clinics accounted for 99. 04 %,87. 29 %,and 86. 33 %,respectively; 97. 36 % of vaccinators believed that parents were satisfied with the environment. Among 188 vaccinators from urban clinics and 289 from township clinics,98. 94 % and 99. 13 % were satisfied with their work environment,and 99. 47 % and 98. 25 % with service frequencies; 90 % of both types of vaccinators were satisfied with work achievement,work ability,social recognition,and leaders＇ attentiveness. Among all respondents,98. 56 %,99. 28 % and 93. 53 % were satisfied with the implementation,operation,and convenience of the immunization information system; 49. 88 % were satisfied with their income and welfare situation. Conclusions The satisfaction of vaccinators was improved after the construction of standardized immunization clinics in Jilin,with no differences between urban and township clinics. We should pay attention to vaccinator＇s needs to ensure their work enthusiasm and the quality of immunization service.
