摘要
目的了解预防工作门诊工作人员的基本情况与就诊者满意度的情况,并分析人员素质影响满意度评分的因素。方法对河东区12家预防接种门诊的工作人员的基本资料进行调查,包括年龄、性别、工作年限、学历、职称、专业等6项,每个门诊选取20名家长填写满意度问卷调查,对可能影响满意度评分的因素进行多因素Logistic回归分析。结果满意度调查显示门诊建设前(2009-2011年)平均评分为7.92分,门诊建设后(2012-2014年)为9.08分,差异有统计学意义(χ2=3.0888,P=0.0021)。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示年龄、学历、职称、专业、工作年限与满意度相关,工作年限与满意度呈负相关,年龄、学历、职称、专业与满意度呈正相关。结论工作人员的年龄、学历、职称、专业、工作年限与满意度有关。
Objective To evaluate the basic situation of primary vaccination doctors and satisfaction of Children's guardian ,analyze relative influence factors on satisfaction. Methods Present situation investigation was conducted in Hedong district to learn the basic information of all the staff in vaccination clinics, Including age, gender, working years, educational background, professional title, professional, 20 Children's guardians were collected to conduct questionnaire survey. Results The immunization coverage in 2009 -2011 was lower than in 2012-2014, the difference has statistically significant (χ^2=3.088 8,P=0.002 1 ).Multivariate conditional logistic regression analysis showed that the dgree of satisfaction was associated with age,educational background, professional title,professional,working years. Conclusions The satisfaction is associated with age, educational background, professional tide, professional, working years.
