摘要
目的:了解南汇区社区卫生服务综合改革试点单位医务人员满意度现况,为推进综合改革提供依据。方法:由南汇区社区卫生服务管理中心设计调查问卷,随机抽查南汇区三家试点单位103名医务人员,进行现场自填式问卷表调查。结果:医务人员第一工作需求为"希望增加收入",最担心的项目为"担心医疗纠纷"。满意度较高的为"工作环境"、"中心内医德医风",满意度较低的项目为"工资外收入"、"内部绩效考核"。社区卫生服务中心应尽力降低医务人员的职业风险,逐步提高待遇,并努力建立公平、合理的激励机制。
Purpose: To learn the present situation of medical workers in pilot units of comprehensive reform in Nanhni Community of Health Service and provide the basis of promoting the comprehensive reform. Method: The Health Service Center in Nanhui Community designed the questionnaires, self-filled on the spot, and randomly selected 103 medical workers in 3 pilot units. Result: The medical workers put "the wish to have higher salary" in the first place, and "medical disputes" is their greatest worry. "Working environment" and "Medical ethics and style in the center" is the item of the secondhighest satisfaction and "salary" and "internal performance evaluation" is the item of lower satisfaction degree for the medical workers. Conclusion: The medical service center in communities should try their best to decrease occupational risks of medical workers, further improve their treatment and make an effort to set up a fair, reasonable motivation mechanism.
