摘要
预防接种是控制传染病最有效的手段之一;疫苗安全一直以来受到全社会的广泛关注,它们关乎着我国儿童健康成长。预防接种工作是免疫规划工作的主体部分,而社区预防接种门诊是承担预防接种工作的主要部门,是直接服务于公众的窗口,它在反映一个地区基本公共卫生工作水平方面起着举足轻重的作用。通过对浦东新区所有46家社区卫生服务中心接种门诊开展调研,探讨在新法律出台背景下浦东新区接种门诊运行情况,着重从接种门诊规范化建设、接种流程和百姓满意度调查等方面入手,探讨目前接种门诊运行情况的优点及不足,希望能够通过这次调研能为本地区接种门诊的发展提供建议和参考。
Preventive inoculation is one of the most effective means to control infectious disease;Vaccine safety has been widely concerned by the whole society. Both of them play an important role in the healthy growth of children. Vaccination is the main part of immunization, and community vaccination clinic is the main department of vaccination. It is a window that serves the public directly and it plays an important role in reflecting the level of basic public health work in a region. Therefore, this paper conducted a survey on inoculation clinics of all 46 community health service centers in Pudong new area to explore the operation of vaccination clinic in Pudong new area under the background of the new law to pay close attention to the standardization construction of inoculation clinic,inoculation process and the survey of people’s satisfaction and explore the advantages and disadvantages of vaccination clinic. It is hoped that this survey can provide suggestions and references for the development of vaccination clinics in this region.
