摘要
目的借鉴西方发达国家医学教育尤其是基础课程设置的先进经验,促进中国医学教育快速健康发展。方法分析西方国家医学教育基础课程设置模式,结合中国目前医学教育现状,提出相应建议。结果西方国家包括美、俄、英、法、德等医学教育基础课程设置模式各有利弊,在未来中国医学教育的进一步改革中可资借鉴,从而为切实提高医学生培养质量提供路径参考。结论基础课程是医学教育课程体系的重要组成部分,学习国际先进经验,对其进行合理改革是促进医学教育发展的关键。
Objective To reference the advanced experiences on the modules of basic curriculum in medical education of western countries,and further promote the development of medical education in China.M ethods The foundation courses of medical education in western countries were analyzed,and suggestions were offered in combination with the general situation of medical education in China.Results The experiences were learned by virtues and faults of foundation courses of medical education in western countries,including America,Russia,Britain,France,German,etc,and provided references for improving qualities of medical education in the future China.Conclusion The foundation courses are important parts of medical educational system.The reasonable reforms are the key of promoting medical education development.
