摘要
为了提高工业工程专业学生的创新应用能力,强化学生的实践操作能力,针对目前工业工程实践教学中的不足以及存在的问题,从工业工程培养应用型人才的目标出发,剖析问题,结合实际情况,突出实践应用能力的培养,强化实践意识,完善教学体系,整合教学资源,提出工业工程实践教学创新体系——"三层协同递进式"实践教学体系。该文以南昌航空大学工业工程专业为例,介绍其整体构建过程。实践表明,该体系满足了企业对高层次人才的需求,适应工业工程学科的发展和社会对高级人才的要求。
In order to improve the ability of innovation and application of industrial engineering( IE) students,and strengthen the students' practical operation ability,aiming at the existing problems in the practice teaching of industrial engineering,based on the training goal of application- oriented talents in the industrial engineering,this paper analyzes the existing problems of current industrial engineering in the practice teaching. One highlighted the cultivation ability in practice application,improved the teaching system,and combined with the actual situation. We proposed a novel teaching mode- "Three sections of coordination progressive"practical teaching system. It is proved that this teaching system help students to improve innovation and application capability and strengthen their practical operation ability. Meanwhile,this teaching system can meet the development of industrial engineering discipline and social requisition for senior talents,it also satisfy the needs of high- level personnel of enterprise. Finally,this paper takes a college in industrial engineering major as an example,and introduces the construction process of the practice teaching system.
