摘要
为了使工业工程专业毕业生的专业能力满足用人企业实际需求,借鉴基于学习产出的教育模式(Outcomes-based Education,OBE),文章以《精益生产》课程为例,从课程目标、知识体系和教学过程三个层次进行分析,提出了以激发学生创造力、强化知识体系和提升学生参与度的教学模式和评价体系,对提升学生专业技术能力具有重要意义。
In order to make the professional ability of industrial engineering graduates meet the actual needs of employing enterprises,drawing lessons from the outcomes-based education(OBE) and taking the lean production course as an example, this paper analyzes it from the three levels of course objectives, knowledge system and teaching process, proposed a teaching model and evaluation system to stimulate students’ creativity, strengthen the knowledge system and enhance students’ participation, which is of great significance to enhance students’ professional and technical ability.
