摘要
目的探讨血清激活素A联合糖类抗原125(CA125)诊断先兆流产的临床价值。方法选取43例先兆流产孕妇(病例组)、50例正常妊娠孕妇(对照1组)、57例有先兆流产症状经临床处理后预后良好且继续妊娠孕妇(对照2组)作为研究对象。所有研究对象均接受血清激活素A、CA125检测,血清激活素A测定采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA),血清CA125测定采用化学发光法。结果 1单因素方差分析显示三组患者血清激活素A、CA125比较差异有显著性(P<0.05),病例组血清激活素A显著低于对照1组、对照2组(P<0.05),血清CA125显著高于对照1组、对照2组(P<0.05),对照2组血清激活素A显著低于对照1组(P<0.05),血清CA125显著高于对照1组(P<0.05)。2血清激活素A诊断先兆流产的灵敏度为79.1%、特异度为90.7%,血清CA125诊断先兆流产灵敏度为74.4%、特异度为87.9%,采用平行试验联合血清激活素A、CA125诊断先兆流产的灵敏度为93.0%、特异度为86.9%。结论采用平行试验联合检测血清激活素A与CA125诊断先兆流产的灵敏度、特异度均良好。
Objective To investigate the clinical values of serum activin A plus carbohydrate antigen 125（CA 125） in the diagnosis of threatened abortion.Methods Forty-three cases of threatened abortion（case group）,50 cases of normal pregnant women（control 1st group）,57 cases of pregnant women with threatened abortion symptoms who had good prognosis after corresponding therapy（control 2nd group） were selected.The serum activin A and CA125 were detected in all women by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA） and chemiluminescence method,respectively.Results 1The single factor variance analysis showed that there were obvious differences in the serum activin A and CA125 among the three groups（P0.05）,and the serum activin A in case group was obviously lower than those in control 1st group and control 2nd group（P0.05）,while the serum CA125 was higher than those in control 1st group and control 2nd group（P0.05）,and the serum activin A in control 2nd group was obviously lower than that in control 1st group（P0.05）,while the serum CA125 was higher than those in control 1st group（P0.05）.2The serum activin A in the diagnosis of threatened abortion had a sensitivity of 79.1%,and a specificity of 90.7%,while the serum CA125 had a sensitivity of 74.4%,and a specificity of 87.9%.The serum activin A plus CA125 using parallel testing in the diagnosis of threatened abortion had a sensitivity of 93.0%,and a specificity of 86.9%.Conclusion The serum activin A combined with CA125 using parallel testing has excellent sensitivity and specificity.
