摘要
使用Agilent7900电感耦合等离子体质谱仪ICP-MS与RGF-8780原子荧光光度计检测锌,砷,硒,镉,锡,铅六种元素重复性检出限指标,从重复性的角度分析:原子荧光法所测得六种元素的结果比ICP-MS测试结果好;从检出限角度分析,锌与砷在ICP-MS法He模式下的结果优于原子荧光,其他元素检出限均是原子荧光法检测结果好。
Using Agilent7900 inductively coupled plasma source mass spectrometer ICP-MS and RGF-8780 atomic fluorescence spectro- photometer to detect the repetitive detection limit of the six elements zinc, arsenic, selenium, cadmium, tin, lead, and analyze from the repeatability perspective, the results by atomic fluorescence are better than that by ICP-MS. Analyze from the perspective of detection limit, the results of zinc and arsenic by ICP-MS method and in He mode are superior to that by atomic fluorescence and the detection limit of other elements has bettr results by atomic fluorescence method.
