摘要
建立并运用电感耦合等离子体-质谱法(ICP-MS法)测定食品中铝的不确定度评定方法。根据《测量不确定度评定与表示》,并且参考《化学分析中不确定度的评估指南》,对ICP-MS测定食品中的铝进行测量不确定度的分析与评定。合成相对标准不确定度为0.0297,扩展不确定度为12.5mg/kg。运用该不确定度评定方法对测定过程中的关键环节进行重点质量控制,有效降低引入的不确定度,保证测定结果准确性。
Evaluation method of uncertainty for the determination of aluminum in foods by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICPMS )was established. The uncertainty of aluminum in foods determined by ICP-MS was analyzed and evaluated based on ”Evaluation and Expression of Measurement Uncertainty”and“Guidance on Evaluating the Uncertainty in Chemica1 Analysis”.Combined relative standard uncertainty was 0.0297,and the expanded uncertainty was 12.5 mg/ kg. Using the uncertainty assessment method for determination of the key process in quality control effectively reduces the uncertainty introduced,ensures accuracy of test results.
