摘要
目的:建立微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法同时测定花生中26种元素的分析方法。方法:粉碎后的花生样品经硝酸-过氧化氢进行微波消解,消解后直接定容,利用电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定26种元素的含量。用氦气作为碰撞气,去除多原子离子干扰,选用铑等6种元素作为内标进行定量分析。结果:该方法的检出限在0.00010~0.86900 mg·kg^(-1),相对标准偏差在3.39%~8.76%,加标回收率在78.1%~127.2%,相关系数在0.9933~0.9999。有证生物成分标准物质黄豆粉的测定结果表明,明确标准值的19种元素的检测结果均在标准值的不确定范围内。结论:该方法操作简便、快捷,灵敏度高,重现性好,是一种可靠、高效的方法。
Objective:To establish a method for simultaneous determination of 26 elements in peanut by microwave digestion and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry.Method:The peanut samples were crushed and then subjected to microwave digestion with nitric acid and hydrogen peroxide.Following digestion,the samples were directly diluted to a fixed volume,and the concentrations of 26 elements were determined using inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry.Helium was utilized as the collision gas to eliminate interference from polyatomic ions,and six elements,including rhodium,were chosen as internal-1 standards for quantitative analysis.Result:The detection limits of the method ranged from 0.00010 mg·kg to 0.86900 mg·kg^(-1),the relative values were 3.39%~8.76%,the recoveries were 78.1%~127.2%,and the correlation coefficients were 0.9933~0.9999.The detection results of the certified biological reference material of soybean powder indicate that the detection results of 19 elements with defined standard values all fall within the uncertainty range of the standard values.Conclusion:The method is simple,quick,sensitive and reproducible.It is a reliable and efficient method.
