摘要
"翻转课堂"作为近年来兴起的新型教学模式,已逐渐从中小学校引入高校课堂。本文以建构主义学习理论为指导,结合高校管理类课程本科教学的特点,探索将翻转课堂教学模式有效导入管理类课程的策略及要点,以实现管理类课程教学模式的创新,提高教学效率,改善教学效果。
The Flipped Classroom as a new teaching mode rising in recent years has gradually come from the primary school & middle school into the university classroom. In this paper,guided by the constructivism learning theory,combining the teaching characteristics of undergraduate management courses in universities,explore the effecdve importing strategy and key points of the Flipped Classroom into the management courses,to realize the innovation of the teaching mode of management courses and improve the teaching efficiency and effect.
