摘要
"大众创业、万众创新"时代的到来,要求高校在创业教育过程中更加注重大学生创业者的培养。面对当前大学生创业执行力弱、创业成功率低的现状,高校要充分发挥优势,做好大学生创业执行力的培养与提升工作。本文基于大学生创业执行力的内涵本质,分析大学生在创业不同阶段执行力缺失的具体表现;剖析了大学生创业执行力缺失的成因;围绕"选苗+育苗+护苗+助苗=优秀大学生创业者"的过程式,结合"双创"的内在要求和高校的特点优势,多维度探讨大学生创业执行力的提升机制。
The arrival of public entrepreneurship and innovation requires colleges to pay more attention to the culture of entrepreneurial talent in entrepreneurship education process. Nowadays, college students lack entrepreneurship execution and have low success rate in entrepreneurial process, so colleges should take good advantages of itself to build cultivation mechanisms. This article clarifies the connotations of college students＂ entrepreneurship execution, then analyses the performances that lack execution in different stages, based on it, the article does an attribution analysis and finds out that ignoring execution in entrepreneurship education is the key element which leads to the shortage of entrepreneurship execution, thus, according to a formula that choosing, cultivating, protecting and supporting are necessary to foster outstanding entrepreneurial students, this article builds a mechanism to enhance entrepreneurial students＂ entrepreneurship execution considering independent college＇s advantages, and also put forward several mechanisms to promote entrepreneurship execution.
