摘要 川渝地区探井普遍较深,完井测试时常使用带有APR工具的井下管柱进行酸化—测试联作工艺,联作中酸化阶段往往是在测试工具下深较深、酸量较大的工况下进行。常温的酸液通过井下管串长时间、大排量注入到地层的过程中,给管柱产生的温降效应明显。生产实践表明,管柱温降可以使管柱收缩产生应力,尤其对封隔器等关键工具不利,对整个管柱的井下安全、完井测试的施工质量产生不利影响。通过计算分析,在管柱中适当的位置加入圆心轴伸缩器,可以有效补偿温降引起的管柱伸缩,消除应力,保护管柱,确保施工作业的顺利进行。 Generally in Sichuan and Chongqing area,the exploration wells are very deep,to which the combined operation of perforation-acidizing and test by the down-hole string with APR tool has been used. Acidizing step is usually done when the tools is at the deep position and acid liquid is big. When the normal temperature acid liquid goes through the test string to the formation,the string's temperature goes down very soon and obviously. Production practice shows that drop of the string temperature can make the string to be shrinkage to produce stress,especially producing adverse effects to key tools,such as the packer,etc,having an adverse effect on the operation quality on the whole string down-hole safety and well completion test. Through calculation and analysis,round mandrel joint is set at the appropriate position in the testing string can effectively compensate the temperature drop caused by the pipe string telescopic,eliminating stress and protecting the string,to ensure the smooth progress of the operation.
